Proposed Analysis: AD, as the most common neurodegenerative disease in the world, has attracted plenty of attention. Still, there is lack of sensitive and effective biomarkers for its early warning and prognosis prediction, as well as targeted treatment. In the further study, we aimed to build automatic identification and prediction pipeline based on multimodal neuroimaging and biological information to realize an early identification (early MCI stage) and prognosis prediction (certain cognitive domain impairment within 5 years). In addition, we aimed to investigate the role of cerebellum in the progression of AD disease. According to our previous studies in Parkinson’s disease, cerebellum plays an important role in both motor and cognitive impairments. However, the role of cerebellum in AD has not been elucidated. As a result, anther objective of our study was to investigate the functional alterations within the cerebellum and between the cerebrum and cerebellum.
