| Proposed Analysis: | The purpose of the data request is to compare the performance of new structural analysis algorithms and compare them to the results generated by the free-surfer image segmentation software. Comparison of different brain segmentation softwares will be performed in the evaluation of contusion indices, in order to improve the error rate of a novel method replacing subjective analysis of brain pathologies. |
