Proposed Analysis: There is considerable debate on the role of cholinergic degradation in the cognitive dysfunctions of AD. We hope to explore the volume Ch4 region of the basal forebrain((the magnocellular group enriching cholinergic neurons) in AD processes from the following perspectives. 1) The correlation between Ch4 volume change and Aβ or Tau PET; 2) The mediating effect of Aβ or Tau PET on Ch4 volume and cognitive impairment in AD patients. 3) correlation between plasma choline levels and Aβ/Tau levels in AD patients;
