| Proposed Analysis: | I have developed machine learning and deep learning methods for multimodal neuroimaging and genetics data in relation to various mental disorders. According to ADNI data, I plan to build multimodal models which classify MCI vs Control,Alzheimer vs Control. Also I am going to create benchmark and test different deep learning architectures from last articles about ADNI and then look towards the interpretation of the obtained models and the correlation between important features from different modalities for potential biomarkers search. |
