Proposed Analysis:	We are interested in acquiring plasma and/or serum and CSF samples from patients with AD and normal control subjects. Our research goal is to perform insulin measurements in the samples using a highly sensitive, novel mass spectrometry method and correlative analyses with commensurate cognitive, CSF biomarker and PET data.
