| Proposed Analysis: | I am working with the Department of Urology with Dr. Himanshu Arora which is studying the affect of testosterone. We will be interested in obtaining de-identified clinical data, genomic and imaging data to see if there is a correlation of testosterone decline with cognitive decline and Alzheimer's disease. Further we would be interested if any patients had prostate cancer as a co-morbidity and if they were on any specific treatment regarding androgen depravation therapy. If there are any patients on ADT therapy then we would be interested to see the cognitive functions in these patients compared with the general population. |
