Proposed Analysis: The advancement of artificial intelligence has marked a positive impact in the area of healthcare. However, literature suggest that there are many problems that are yet to be addressed. The proposed work explores the explainable continual few-shot learning model for the segmentbased medical imaging classification. One of the use cases that the proposed model focuses on is the Classification of Alzheimer’s disease from functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) data of various subjects. The process is initiated with feature segmentation to enhance and produce smaller regions of the brain, with an additional objective to substantially reduce cumbersome manual techniques through the recommended few-shot learning approach. This is followed by the final classification with the help of the proposed Continual few-shot learning method
