Proposed Analysis: We are working on a project (MOST 110-2118-M-032-003) "Classification of Functional Data via Subspace Projection with Considering Multiple Covariates". This project aims to develop a supervised classification method of functional data via subspace projection. The proposed method can be extended for classifying functional data or longitudinal data by considering additional multi-dimensional predictors. We plan to apply our methodology to analyze data from AIBL/ADNI/ADNIDOD. We hope the proposed methodology can provide a useful tool for predicting three stages (CN/SMC/MCI) for patients based on longitudinal collected biomarkers or image data.
