Proposed Analysis: | Alzheimer's disease occurs frequently in the elderly and brings serious economic burden. Because ad involves brain tissue, brain MRI has almost become a necessary examination. However, pet, which is more accurate than MRI, is expensive, and some patients may lack this data. Most of the existing prediction models delete the data with missing views directly, which can not be used effectively. This study intends to use the clinical data, MRI images, PET images and biological sample data in the adni-1 and adni-2 data sets. First, the 3D loop is used to generate the records of partial view missing in the anti neural network, and then the multi-core learning is applied to the multi view data. At the same time, the view weight and kernel weight are considered, and the view information is used more flexibly and efficiently. It is expected to achieve accurate diagnosis and identification of AD. |
