Proposed Analysis:	This dataset will be used to inform and support translational and biomarker needs for various internal programs. Specifically, we are interested in identifying various types of biomarkers (prognostic, disease, pharmacodynamic/surrogate and predictive) by longitudinal, cross-sectional and correlative analyses with various clinical covariates. These could also be used in identifying patient subsets.
