| Proposed Analysis: | We want to study the influence of biological sex in ML/DL models in order to figure out what regions in the brain cause the difference between male and female patients. Furthermore, we intend to develop interpretable machine learning models while identifying and reducing sources of bias in the data and using features through methods such as aggregation and proper evaluation among different demographic groups to ensure fair results. We intend to make code available, making our findings reproducible and providing straightforward benchmarking. |
