| Proposed Analysis: | I plan to investigate the cognitive and neural correlates of neuropsychiatric symptoms (NPS) reported on the NPI in prodromal Alzheimer's and Lewy body disease. I have previously run linear mixed effects analysis to look at the effects of baseline NPS on cognitive change over time in a smaller cohort collected in Newcastle upon Tyne including both MCI-AD, MCI-LB and PD-MCI and now wish to repeat this analysis in a larger number of participants, likely combining data from multiple cohorts. I also intend to address the neural correlates of NPS using neuroimaging data. |
