| Proposed Analysis: | Request for ADNI Data permission Dear Manager, I am writing on behalf of our biostatistics study team to request access to the “Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) data”. In our study, we combine statistical methods and deep learning techniques to understand the Alzheimer's Disease (AD). To further the study, we will need a variety of AD data, including clinical data such as sex, age, diagnosis of AD, and properties of AD such as MMSE and CDR, imaging data, regardless of imaging technique used (computed tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) or Positron Emission Tomography (PET)), for image feature selection, and data on brain properties such as eTIV (estimated Total Intracranial Volume), nWBV (Normalized whole brain volume) and ASF (Atlas scaling factor). In addition, if we can get some genetic information associated with the above data, we will be much appreciative as we will be able to add genetic features to our analysis.
