| Proposed Analysis: | In my study, I aim to classify patients using machine learning approach. Formerly, such a study was quite successful, see for example https://doi.org/10.3389/fnagi.2019.00194), where a 3-dimensional convolutional deep neural network was used. In my analysis, I want to employ ML techniques augmented by mathematical and statistical tools we want to use in a pre-ML analysis of scans. This approach goes beyond standard ML-based analysis. To perform cross-checks of known methods as well as to test my hypothesis I would like to get access to MRI scans including AD and control cohorts. |
