Proposed Analysis:	Brain network and deep learning methods were used to analyze AD data to achieve the purpose of assisting in the diagnosis of AD patients.For MRI images, we utilized the FreeSurfer software package and parcellated cortical and subcortical areas to 68 and 148 ROIs using the Desikan-Killiany atlas and the Destrieux atlas, respectively
