| Proposed Analysis: | To whom it may concern: I would be very grateful if I have permission to access ADNI data. I am a researcher in bioinformatics from Tulane University School of Medicine, my study area is Drug Repurposing, which is a method of identifying new use for approved or investigational drugs that are outside the scope of the original medical indication. I am interested in AD and want to find some potential drug candidates for AD. The first step of my project is to find some biomarkers of AD, that's why I apply to access your dataset. Then, I will perform a network-based algorithm to screen potential drug candidates for AD treatment according to drug ranking. At last, I will use EHR (electronic health record) for simulated in silo trials to validate repurposed drug candidates. I think it's very helpful for my project with your data.
