| Proposed Analysis: | We propose to innovatively apply Machine learning (ML)– including Deep Learning (DL) methods–we, and others, have developed that leverage the strengths in molecular and phenotypic (e.g. demographic) data to better understand the etiology of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and AD related dementias. We aim to elucidate biological networks and pathways influencing the disease, and to identify individuals at a higher risk for developing AD/ADRD to aid in clinical decision making. |
