| Proposed Analysis: | We are working on a logistic regression modeling using Bayesian fused lasso with horseshoe prior. This model can be applied to a diagnosis of alzheimer disease with MRI voxel data and we consider using ADNI data to estimate our model’s performance in a real data analysis. |
