Proposed Analysis:	The aim is to investigate the dynamic change of CSF and blood (plasma or serum) sTREM2 in different AD subgroups and to assess whether CSF and blood sTREM2 and Nfl are associated with AD biomarkers and longitudinal clinical decline via linear models and linear mixed-effects models.
