Proposed Analysis: We are investigating whether induced gamma entrainment can be used as a disease-modifying therapeutic for Alzheimer's disease. We would like to use MRI data from ADNI to serve as historical controls for the natural progression of AD as a comparison to our participants who are receiving active brain stimulation. In addition, we would like to study whether our device changes white matter tracts over time. We would like to use any diffusion tensor imaging available in ADNI to serve as historical controls. Lastly, longitudinal PET amyloid or tau imaging will be used for the same purpose (as historical controls).
