Proposed Analysis: Our proposal on AD multi-modality analysis is an important branch of a joint brain-eye study of neurodegenerative changes in Alzheimer's disease and mild cognitive impairment compared with control Participants. Our previous research and other follows through Optical Coherence Tomography revealed distinct patterns of Retinal vessel and structural degradations. While in this neural imaging branch, we planned to establish basic understanding about neurodegenerative changes of brain tissue and vessel structures separately with latest advances in deep learning-based features structure extraction. This individual brain images-based study will help us build the foundation of joint brain-eye analysis on the subject Alzheimer's Disease and Mild Cognitive Impairment in the future.
