| Proposed Analysis: | Our objective is to cross reference our immunohistochemistry data with CSF longitudinal proteomics data in Alzheimer's disease (AD) patients. We plan to analyze the enrichment of a specific set of proteins in the CSF throughout the progression of AD pathology with the intention of revealing novel biomarkers that could help patients anticipate the onset of AD. |
