| Proposed Analysis: | Blood pressure variability is a new risk factor for cognitive decline and dementia, but its mechanism is still unclear. Default mode network (DMN) is highly correlated with cognitive process. We plan to study whether the variability of blood pressure is related to the functional connectivity of DMN subsystems through the fMRI over time, and whether the association varies depending on the status of APOE e4 carriers. |
