| Proposed Analysis: | We want to analysis differentiation between normal group and patient group(Alzhiemer's disease). Our project steps is that first, we have to do phasing(Genotype imputation). In this step, We can know about combination of SNPs from the data. In next step, we trying to GWAS analysis for comparing patient group with normal group. So, we neen genetic data(llumina SNP genotyping data). Could you accept my propose? |
