Proposed Analysis:	Use the concept of brain age to study the process of brain aging in Mild Cognitive Impairment and Alzheimer's Disease: apply the pre-established BrainAGE model for brain aging during adulthood and find out the difference of the mean BrainAGE score between the NC group, AD group and MCI group. Furthermore, implement the BrainAGE approach to predict future conversion from MCI to AD.
