| Proposed Analysis: | The differences of brain functional connectivity and metabolic connectivity among different genotypes were compared in three different populations (NC, MCI and AD). To compare the differences of cognitive function and DTI, and compare the differences of amyloid deposition and Tau protein deposition range and degree among different genotypes in MCI patients or AD patients. Multivariate regression analysis was applied to determine the effect of genotype combination on AD. |
