Proposed Analysis: | I am researching Machine Learning classification methods for diagnosing Alzheimer's Disease (AD). I have already researched this but used sequencing data alone and never got good results considering its binary classification: acc=0.67 and auc=0.82 on testing data. These results coincide with results in other studies that used only sequencing data. This time I will explore the combined use of several biomarkers available in ADNI data, particularly neuroimaging and sequencing data. |
