Proposed Analysis:	脑组织形态学研究是临床判断脑组织的正常老化与病理过程的重要方法，近２０年来，随着医学影像学的高速发展，临床医师对人体病变部位的观察更直接、更便捷、更清晰，疾病的确诊率也更高，使得脑组织形态学方法成为脑科疾病中重要的诊断方法。比如，通过人体小脑体积的变化来诊断癫痫、人体海马体体积的变化来诊断帕金森（PD）或者阿尔兹海默（AD）等。
