| Proposed Analysis: | Many studies have shown that physical activity is beneficial for people with Alzheimer's disease including, maintenance of motor skills, improved behavior, improved memory, and better communication skills. However Physical activity’s effect on brain integrity is still largely unknown. The study of cerebral alterations in Alzheimer's disease is crucial to understand disease processes and possible treatments. We plan to investigate how physical activity in Alzheimer's disease influences brain architecture compared to healthy elderly. |
