Proposed Analysis: | My team of researchers at the Shifts Project is investigating the robustness of neuro-imaging machine learning models to distributional shift (mismatches between training and deployment data). As a solution to this problem we are exploring self-supervised pre-training. Our goal is to make a universal pre-trained (foundational) model which can be used as an initialisation for downstream MRI neuro-imaging ML tasks, such as multiple sclerosis segmentation, tumour segmentation, etc.. We would like access to the ADNI data in order to use it both for pre-training as well as any downstream tasks for which the supervision allows. |
