| Proposed Analysis: | Molecular profiles can be used to monitor health status or diagnose disease. Previous study have shown promising results for early detection of ALZ by using blood expression data. Recently deep learning method have demonstrated high classification performance in complex data. We would like to develop a deep learning based model (especialy one-shot learning) for molecular diagnosis across studies and platforms with relatively small sample sizes. |
