As part of our course in survival analysis and aiming at a future dissertation. I would like to request access to the ADNI-1 and ADNI-2 data sets. The project compares supervised and unsupervised Functional Principal Components Analysis to analyze time-to-event outcomes when we have functional outcomes. The radial distance is defined as the distance between the medial core of the hippocampus and the corresponding vertex.
