| Proposed Analysis: | We plan to utilize the ADNI dataset to investigate approaches in federated deep learning. We will use the dataset to first simulate federated learning by training deep learning neural networks classify subject brain MRIs into CN, MCI and AD classes. We will tune and develop our models using the ADNI dataset. In the second phase of the project, we will likely use the ADNI dataset as pre-training data and then fine-tune using anonymised clinical datasets from two memory clinics in the UK. |
