| Proposed Analysis: | To develop interpretable models of disease progression and risk by integrating multiple high dimensional datasets including the whole genome sequencing, RNA, and imaging. Goal is to identify novel pathways and across dataset relationships which relate to the cognitive assessments and other clinical outcomes. Data will also be used to develop novel statistical methods for the analysis of this complicated dataset. |
