Proposed Analysis:	在患者生前作出AD诊断，目前认为患者不但要具有进行性痴呆的临床表现，并且还要有AD的神经病理学的改变[在大脑皮质细胞的老年斑中存在β-淀粉样蛋白(β-Amyloid，Aβ)，在神经元纤维缠结(neurofibrillarytangles，NFT)中存在磷酸化的tau蛋白]。当然，在AD患者生前要了解这些病理改变只能通过各种影像学显像来实现
