Proposed Analysis: | The ADNI dataset with the T1 MRI imaging data and the accompanying freesurfer cortical surface reconstructions will be used for training of a deep learning model for cortical surface reconstruction, which is based on the published CorticalFlow++ architecture. The deep learning model for cortical surface reconstruction will be adapted and pretrained on the ADNI dataset to allow for deep learning-based cortical surface reconstruction also in tumor cases for improved radiotherapy target volume definition using cortical surface boundaries. For this purpose the model pretrained on the ADNI dataset will then subsequently be refined on the UCSF-PDGM glioblastoma dataset. |
