| Proposed Analysis: | We intend to conduct health related research. We are trying to detect and decrease bias of algorithms in healthcare. We strongly believe in the power of synthetic medical images to solve the lack of enough divers datasets. Therefore we are trying to identify the best state-of-the art algorithms in this area. Several very promising algorithms to generate synthetic data are based on the ADNI dataset of brain MRT images. In a next step we would like to benchmark different synthetic image generation approaches and compare them among each other (we request access to the original dataset as the synthetic dataset needs to be evaluated using the original data). |
