Proposed Analysis: | We will analyse age and sex adjusted centile scores for structural imaging metrics (volume/thickness) of individual brain regions. This modelling approach described in Behtleham et al, 2022 uses an aggregated dataset from 101,457 human participants (aged 115 days to 100 years old) to calculate individual age and sex adjusted centile scores in a manner akin to well established height and weight growth charts. The aim will be to identify which brain regions best discriminate patients with Alzheimer's disease from controls using a centile based approach, as well as identifying which regions best predict disease severity.
