| Proposed Analysis: | Early Diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease based on Multiple Modalities Data using Machine Learning Method. We plan first to apply data pre-processing methods to combine the different modalities and extract the important feature. Then a model combined with the transformer and CNN will be proposed. CNN is used to extract multi-scale features (local information). Transformer is used to analyse the relationships within and cross modalities (global information). With the combination of CNN and transformer, the model can obtain a high accuracy. |
