| Proposed Analysis: | We are currently developing an explainable AI method with would generate counterfactual images. For instance, for an MRI scan classified as containing dementia, we would generate a minimally modified scan which would produce a normal output from the classifier. Since ADNI has longitudinal data, we aim to use earlier scans of the same patient as an objective comparison to our generated counterfactuals. Best, Marin Bencevic |
