| Proposed Analysis: | We are developing statistical method(s) for comparison of partial covariance structures given set values of covariates. We would like to apply our methods to the ADNI data, by comparing the covariance matrix of biomarkers in the AD group against that in the non-AD group. If possible we would like to adjust for covariates such as age and BMI. |
