| Proposed Analysis: | Subjects: participants with both FLAIR and T2* GRE scanning in ADNI GO/2/3; Purpose: To find subjects meeting the criteria of (1)probable Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy(CAA) or (2) possible CAA or (3)non-CAA (strictly deep microbleeding). To compare the white matter characteristics (white matter hyperintensity signs, perivascular space, lacunes, etc) between probable CAA and non-CAA. To longitudinally validate our new CAA-diagnostic model (developed with our own data, incorporating white matter signs into pre-existing diagnostic criteria) in possible CAA from ADNI. |
