| Proposed Analysis: | My research direction is the relationship between the occurrence and development of high signal in white matter and cognitive impairment. Through the reconstruction of nerve fiber bundles using DTI data, I hope to focus on the distribution of high signals in white matter and the changes of local brain metabolic indexes, and to explore the relationship between them and cognitive impairment. I will also use ASL data to pay attention to cerebral perfusion in related areas. I hope to build a Multimodal imaging predictive model for predicting the transformation of mild cognitive impairment to Alzheimer's disease in humans. I think ADNI is the most appropriate database for my research, and I hope that through this data set my research can save more patients with early Alzheimer's disease. |
