| Proposed Analysis: | I wish to use diffusion weighted images to test out a tractography analysis pipeline based in FreeSurfer (using the TRACULA white matter segmentation). This is purely for testing purposes and the data will not be used in any abstracts/publications. Eventually, diffusion weighted images acquired from a separate study (the Ontario Neurodegenerative Disease Research Initiative - ONDRI) will be run through this pipeline and only data from ONDRI subjects will be included and published. |
