| Proposed Analysis: | Sage Therapeutics is planning a clinical trial (NCT05619692) in Alzheimer’s patients. We wish to predict our study’s population characteristics (e.g. baseline means) by applying our study’s inclusion criteria to the ANDI data. We wish to compare these predictions to populations used in other Alzheimer’s studies (e.g. the Aducanumab studies). Understanding our study’s predicted population characteristics will help us adjust the inclusion criteria if needed. Characteristics of interest include baseline clinical disease severity, as well as serum and imaging biomarkers. |
