| Proposed Analysis: | We are running a cohort of PET/MRI where we study the process of healthy aging by perfomin 2 FDG and PiB scan and several MRI scans. We will soon start another similar project where we will study AD patients. Eventually we will compare the results of the two studies, i.e., AD and aged matched healthy control from the first set and hope to shed some light on the pathophysiology of AD. Moreover, we intend to do a deep learning study for the hope to finding a predictor for AD. We also intend to do a similar analysis on ADNI data and compare the results for the quality control purpose. |
