| Proposed Analysis: | I am Kiara Xhindi, an undergraduate research student at NINO research group (NRG), under the PI Dr.Juan C Nino. The project that we are currently working on, aims on using network analysis on fMRI images to identify biomarkers for Alzheimer's Disease. The fMRI images that we would access are de-identified and openly available to the scientific community. The images would be converted into matrices, then used into developing a GANs model (machine learning algorithm) that is intended to reproduce synthetic matrices with similar quantifiers. We have ensured that we comply with all University of Florida Regulations. |
