| Proposed Analysis: | A multimodal genetic neuroimaging cohort (n=779) was formed in a large sample of healthy people. Complete multi-modal magnetic resonance (fMRI, 3DT1, DTI) data, blood samples and partial stool samples were obtained. Data such as SNP locus analysis and cognitive behavioral scale of AD-related high risk genes were completed. we are aimed to explore the correlation between intestinal microbial disorders and APOEε4, brain structure and function changes and cognitive function impairment.ADNI is the most reliable and authoritative AD database in foreign countries. Therefore, we hope to verify our experimental results in European and American populations. This is very important for understanding the similarities and differences in the role of the brain-gut axis in the pathogenesis and progression of AD in different ethnic groups. |
