| Proposed Analysis: | The purpose of my analysis is to use PET scan data to try to reproduce results on previous papers that use the ADNI database like Yimming Ding (2019) "A Deep Learning Model to Predict a Diagnosis of Alzheimer Disease by Using F-FDG PET of the Brain" using deep learning. If successful, a possible continuation of the work would be to test if the model can be generalized to other datasets from Argentina / Latin America, although this last step might or might not be included in my work. |
