Proposed Analysis: | I hypothesize that patients with asymmetric burdens of tauopathy (left or right predominant) comprise a distinct entity, and are more often amyloid negative compared to patients wth symmetric tauopathy. ROI and Voxel wise approaches will be used to identify patients with asymmetric tau burden, and they will be compare to patients with symmetric burden of tauopathy in terms of a.) rate of amyloid positivity b.) hemispherically localizing symptoms (language, neuropsychiatric) - neuropsychological measures and NPI scores will be used for comparison |
